Post covid fatigue
Hello dr. Had corona for 10 days in that 3 days of fever. Now it's clear, it's been a week. There is lingering sore throat and mild headache and some times feel warm. Mainly too tired and breathless even small activities. Any advice please.

It's post covid  weakness so for cure of weakness you should take multivitamin zinc Vitamin C for upcoming one month to maintain strength  and immunity of your body so that weakness will be cure. You should also follow good life style like drinking sufficient amount of fluid and  do exercise like deep  breathing with yoga and meditation so that strength of lung will be increase.

you should take more proteins food rather than fat and carbohydrate.
