Possible Hole in eardrum

When I was 6 I had tubes when I turned 10 I had surgery and I have had 3 surgeries since then to repair my hole in my eardrum my most recent one was in November of 2016 in February of 2017 my doctor told me after 7 years I could shower without my ear plug after that I have had 3 ear infections and I have one right now it hurts when you touch my ear and it hurts from my ear to my neck. I don't know what to do anymore I've put the ear drops and my ear still hurts I've used the drops before and it didn't hurt

You might be suffering from recurrent middle ear infection and multiple failed tympanoplasty surgery. Most common cause for multiple surgery failure is chronic eustachian tube dysfunction. You should avoid entry of water inside ear in the future. Even there are chances of future surgical failures
