Pooping issues
Hi,
One day my son skipped the poop and done after 3 days it was too tight and now he don't want to poop so we have pressurized to go to Washroom but now when he got pressure he afraid to go to washroom and even sit on the bed to stop it don't want to go in the washroom, what should we do, we have given papaya, Himalaya bonnison, Gasex and tried hisabgol too, to make the stool soft but still he afraid to go to Washroom what should we do. Really worried if he stops the pressure like this may be another problem can arise, please guide.

Hi. It can be functional constipation. Give more fibre rich food and more fluids. Take an online consultation if problem persists for medicine
