My baby is 2months 10 days old,she is pooping little quantity and multiple times in a day,she is pooping liquid, she is pooping 5 to 6 drops sometimes and little quantity other times ,she
is pooping liquid nature poop almost 10 to 12 times in a day, iam feeding her breast milk, she is also peeing many times almost 20 times in a day, almost 3 times in a hour, while feeding itself she is peeing or pooping,is this normal, by doing peeing and pooping her pooping area became red by continuous wet in that place, is there any cream can i apply to reduce the redness,

Using diapers overnight is the main reason.
Use diapers only outside house while traveling or events.
Use cloth so as to quickly notice and clean pee or poop.
Prolonged contact of urea present in poop causes redness and skin excoriation.
