Poop problems
I have very small round poops in my toilet seat which are dark brown ..is this healthy and no other symptoms than this one ..I used to feel a bit of pain in my anus for 2 days but it went away

If u have to strain to pass motions, it can cause piles, FISSURE etc.
Dietery modifications are effective. Avoid animal source foods. Have plenty of fluids, salads sprouts green vegetables and fruits.
