Morning I have normal stool and from afternoon after every meal i am getting semi solid stools...this is happening from last 4 days...can u pls help me and guide me why I am having this problem...which medicine i can take.

Bowel movements ranges from 1-3 per day once 3 days both can be normal , But what to consider if you have Increased bowel movements
1.see the consistency- refer Bristol stool chart in Google.If consistency normal it's mere Gastrocolic reflex.
2.Look for frequency - more than 3 times per day- should evaluate -we have to look for stool fat.Increased fat in stool can cause diarrhoea
3.Could be Irritable bowel syndrome if alternates with constipation
4.look for Nocturnal night time diarrhoea
,blood in stools ,abdominal pain , Mouth ulcers,
