Even though you ate dinner 6–7 hours earlier, your digestion might be slightly fast, or sometimes the food might be from an earlier meal than you think. As long as you don’t have loose motions, stomach pain, or any major issues, it’s not a problem. If it keeps happening with other symptoms, you can get it checked once.
