Polycystic ovary
Hello Doctor. Few months back I had visited a gynecologist for irregular periods and the report showed a polycystic right ovary. However I didn't focus much on that issue as I was suffering from kidney stone. Now with this lockdown, my treatment remains unchecked. What can I do for Polycystic ovary, can you suggest any kind of diet or exercise. However will be visiting a gynecologist soon once things get back to normal. Thank You
