PMS or pregnancy
I am seeking for conception. my period is 3 days delayed and i have regular cycles. i am feeling mild lower back and abdominal cramps on and off with little discomfort, fatigue and from today i feel nausea also.
m i PMSing or it is pregnancy and when i have to take UPT.

U can check for pregnancy with urine pregnancy test once you miss your period.
