Pregnancy or pms
Since last few months i m having spotting only while cleaning with tissue paper and then stops... after few days i get my periods...
Last month i visited doctor and she started ovacare forte and folic acid.. yesterday i got old blood spots in tissue and till now vey minor bleeding. But this is the first time i m having pain in my breast while i touch or u can say tenderness... i m confused with PMS or pregnancy... what is it... please help me

Do urine pregnancy test by morning urine sample.
Go for ultrasound pelvis.(transvaginal scan)
