Your ECG shows a normal sinus rhythm, but I will need a clearer view to confirm any subtle abnormalities. Key Observations: ✅ Heart rate appears normal ✅ P waves present before every QRS complex (suggesting sinus rhythm) ✅ No obvious ST-segment elevation or depression (suggestive of ischemia) ✅ No clear arrhythmia detected Next Steps: 🔹 If you have symptoms like chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, or breathlessness, consult a cardiologist. 🔹 If you have a history of heart disease or high blood pressure, regular follow-up is recommended. 🔹 For a detailed analysis, you can upload a higher resolution ECG or book a video consultation for expert review. 👍 Like this info if it helped! 💙 📹 Need a detailed video consultation? You seem to believe in a lot of secrecy about yourself. You have edited your ECG in such a manner that your name, date of ECG and the place where it was done are missing. Please consult a General Physician in your area for a proper physical examination , a few investigations and a new ECG. Your ECG may be different compared to the previous one.

The EKG looks normal so you have nothing to worry there. Would need more details from you regarding time of burning in chest, if there is any injury or so on. With the information you have mentioned, it looks like could be gastritis, you can try antacids for the same. If you think there has been an injury, a muscle relaxant would help like tablet flexon MR. But a consultation with more details is required.
