As such ecg is just showing tachycardia that is heart rate is increased .. If you have these symptoms please go for echocardiography once to rule out any cardiac disease ! Do you have any fever too ??? That can also increase heart rate ! Any stress ???
Next Steps
Go for thyroid profile testing , electrolytes like sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium along with 2D echocardiography ! Reduce your stress ! Sleep well !
Health Tips
Monitor blood pressure too ! Consult if any other query !!
