Your report shows severe deficiencies of Vitamin D and B12, with magnesium at the lower end of normal.
Next Steps
It’s important to consult your doctor for proper evaluation and supplementation, as dietary changes alone may not be enough to correct such low levels.
Health Tips
Include B12-rich foods like dairy, eggs, fish, and fortified cereals. Include Vitamin D-rich foods such as fortified milk, mushrooms, egg yolk, and fish. Maintain adequate sunlight exposure. Avoid excess alcohol and unnecessary antacids, as they can reduce nutrient absorption. Maintain a balanced diet and follow up regularly for monitoring.

Your report shows severe Vitamin D and B12 deficiency, with magnesium at the lower end of normal.
Next Steps
Since both are severely low, I strongly recommend you consult a physician to start injections first (especially for B12) before relying on tablets.
Health Tips
High B12 foods: Milk, curd, paneer, eggs, fish, fortified cereals (if vegetarian). High Vit D foods: Fortified milk, mushrooms, egg yolk, fish. Avoid excess alcohol & antacids (they worsen absorption).

Please seek a proper consultation with a General Physician in your area. You should also have a physical examination. Let's treat the patient rather than the Lab reports.

Hi. It is normal to be concerned about your reports when they are not in the reference range. Vit D deficiency is very common in today's population due to limited sun exposure, especially in your age group. It has symptoms like bone pain and pain on weight bearing. Vit B-12 deficiency is usually caused by alcohol consumption in your age group. Symptoms of vit b12 deficiency are electric shock like pain in the limbs and loss of sensation or numbness or tingling in the limbs.
Next Steps
Exposure to sunlight. CBC Thyroid function test Consume a high protein diet Consult a doctor with above reports.
