Hi dear
U can take tab sinarest once at night or twice a day after food for 3 days .
If the headache is more take tab dolo 650 (only if it's more otherwise sinarest will be sufficient)
If this does not help then please consult coz I will need more details in order to give antibiotics or further investigation
