My haemoglobin levels are really low. How to work on increasing it. Is it possible for me increase my haemoglobin levels a little in 1 week?

You need to know and treat the very cause of your anaemia otherwise it wil keep recurring despite correcting it. As a 22 year old female, do you have excessive menstrual bleeding ?. If yes you should get appropriate gynaec treatment in addition to haematinic medicines. Is your nutrition normal having sufficient amounts of Iron and vitamins ? If not, then ensure it before doing anything.
