Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding your health . It seems that you are having health related anxiety which can be due to some past event . Try and practice deep breathing and meditation to help you with the negative thoughts . Go for regular exercise and walk to keep your overall health good . Try and maintain a thought journal in which you wrote 3 positive and 3 negative events of the day to keep a track of your mood . Try and talk to your close friends and family members. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of the case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions to help you learn positive and healthy coping skills and strategies. You can so reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
