Hi doctor,please help me i lost my weight but i don't do this because 4 year ago i have lost my diet unhealthy diet plan and its big problem my hair fall please doctor suggest me healthy diet plan weight loss and hair growth i have pcos abd pcod problem... My age 18 my height 5'6 abd weight 88
