Since dec 2021, i am trying to lose weight and lost good 46 kgs from 142 to 96 and now I can see having loose skin all over my body specially in abdominal and upper thigh area. I've been doing strength training too since past 10 months. Also I am on a good protein rich diet. I read somewhere that collagen and vit c supplements help in tightening loose skin or atleast avoid further loose skin. Should I go for it. If yes then which collagen supplement. And if no then what else could I do.
