Your blood report is ok.
As far as the urine analysis,it is not complete , only the chemical examination is done using dipstick . microscopic examination is not done.
More ever for the symptoms you are experiencing ,other tests including glucose , liver function test renal profile thyroid function tests and vitamin d should have been ordered

Nothing to worry about. You have prodromal symptoms viral infection.
Will go away in a week.
Take paracetamol if you feel feverish.
Take rest and healthy food
Repeat urine test after a week

There must be contamination of urine in the first case
Further investigation is to be done if you have any burning sensation while urinating
Or any pain during urination is to be evaluated

The blood report is normal.
Your urine report shows a trace of blood. I think you have given the urine specimen either during periods or just after the period. The first impression is that it is contamination.
You should get the urine test repeated after a week.
