No swelling visible. Go to dermatologist as soon as possible. It may be pre symptomatic STD. When was the last time you had Intercourse.

This looks like a mild foreskin irritation swelling in early stage and is usually manageable with proper care.

"Swelling on the outermost tip of the foreskin, especially when it becomes noticeable only during retraction, usually indicates an inflammation called Balanoposthitis. This can be caused by minor bacterial or fungal infections, friction, or even a reaction to certain soaps or hygiene products. Since there is no visible discharge or pain mentioned, it is likely in the early stages and can be managed effectively before it leads to complications like Phimosis (tightening of the foreskin
Next Steps
"I recommend a  Consultation so I can examine the area more closely and determine if the swelling is due to an infection or simple irritation." Maintain Hygiene: "Gently clean the area with lukewarm water only. Avoid using any harsh soaps or chemicals on the foreskin until the swelling subsides." Keep it Dry: "Ensure the area is dried properly after washing, as moisture can encourage fungal growth." Consultation: "For a proper prescription (Antibiotic/Antifungal creams) and a detailed hygiene plan, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
Health Tips
Do Not Force Retraction: "If the swelling makes it difficult to retract the foreskin, do not force it, as this can cause small tears and worsen the inflammation." Cotton Underwear: "Wear loose-fitting cotton underwear to reduce friction and allow the skin to breathe." Avoid Self-Treatment: "Do not apply any over-the-counter steroid creams without medical advice, as they can sometimes make an underlying infection worse."
