I had mild disc bulge in March
which I got it recovered
now I have started working out been 2 days
not heavy
very normal wearing belt
I am having pain in my lower back
is it injury again or normal muscle pain?

If the pain is recurring with a known history of disc bulge a few months back, then you should be reassessed by your orthopaedic surgeon.
