Platelet count is low with nose bleeding
Good day sir Few days back suddenly blood droplets dropped from nose for 3min, immediately done Blood test and found abnormalities in 1. blood platelet cound reached 1.46 lakh/cumn ,  2. vitamin b12 is >2000 pg/ml and 3. ESR(Erythrocyte sedimentation) is 20 mm/1hr. Remaining all parameters are with in the range. Feeling weak. Please let me know is this indicates any cancer related issue?

Can be epistaxis, local cause, high BP You haven't mentioned your age. You will have to stop Vitamin B12 supplements. For further evaluation please consult with me on practo
