My wife had dengue fever yesterday platelet count 1.38lakhs but today dropped to 78k and total blood count 1500 /- how to increase both . Please advice

Please give her Carica papaya mother tincture and echinacea angustifolia mother tincture. 20 drops each thrice a day.
