My platelets count is 33000, and doctors are saying I got an infection in liver. Please suggest, as I am not getting symptoms. Thank you

Liver disease can lead to low platelet count
Next Steps
Go for liver function test, hepatitis serology, and perform a cbc and peripheral blood smear test done and review with reports. Proper treatment will only be given after knowing the exact.

If platelet are 33000 then get a fresh platelet count and if they fall further then get admitted asap in emergency.

In dengue may possible liver enzyme increase.  Don't worry.  By medication it will be ok 100%.
