Hi!
I hv regular pain on back side of both the heels and pain in right knee. 2 yrs back I took steroid on my left heel but the pain returned after 6 months.
Since then I have been doing Yoga but past 1 month the pain has become problematic (i hv gained 3 kgs) along with swelling in both the legs.
