Hello dear 2 1/2 years is a lot of time. Plantar fascitis can be refractory to treatment in a small proportion of patients. I can see you have done steroid and prp injections as well. However i have a few questions: 1.  Are we talking about one foot or both. You have calcaneal spur on both sides, so if its the spur which is causing problem, it should be a bilateral problem. 2. Furthermore have you tried simple plantar fascia stretching exercises, they work best if done properly and regularly.? 3. What all medicines have you had? 4. Do you get joint pains as well? 5. Do you have any medical problems?

Can u elaborate little abt ur pain? How severe is it ? When do u get the pain- is it only after u start walking after a period of rest? ... Heel pain has varied etiology and unless we treat the cause it persists.. unfortunately its one common treatment in the form of heel cushion.. steroid injections are given.. by looking at ur x day u definitely do have calcaneal spur but whether u hv this pain due to that or is it a coincidental finding, needs to b confirmed on clinical examination
Next Steps
try for simple plantar fascia stretching exercises whenever u start walking after a period of rest.. specially in the morning after getting up.. do ice compression 4-5 times..
Health Tips
dont ignore this.. see a specialist early

Hello , thanks for reaching out By your history it is plantar fasciitis and you have calcaneal spur (bony growth ) . Some times calcaneal spur is associated with increased uric acid levels So you have to get the blood tests done for serum uric acid
Next Steps
serum uric acid you can consult directly
