Is it possible to get rabies from consuming a tulasi plants leaf which could have had the saliva of a bat ..
or any rabid animal ?
I normally wash those leaf for like 5 secs in tap water ...
Will the saliva on the leaf surface could have washed out ...
Can this considered as an exposure?
I had my vaccination like 4 days ago in govt hospital ... I have this anxiety over the quality of the vaccine given from the govt ...
When I asked about the vaccine they said it is kept in the powdered form .... is it true that vaccine are kept in powdered form in govt ? If kept in powdered form does it require a proper storage ?
Should I have to go check for immunity for rabies ?
And Can I go for 5 th vaccine ?

First rabies occurs when the saliva of animal reaches yours blood circulation via cuts or direct blood contact in bruise.it never occurs if u have taken leaf through mouth.it may cause other viral infection but not rabies.
Vaccine quality in every govt hospital is properly checked and they need to keep those vaccine in proper storage.
You just need to relax and complete your vaccination.
