Hello dietician , How do I gain weight by a plant based diet. I don't really want to eat lots of meat nowadays. I am male. Age 30 Current weight:60kg @167cm

Its important to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, etc) complex carbohydrates (oats, brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Hi Keep following healthy diet n include high fiber food such as vegetable salad fruits etc . Include protein n starch as well in a balance way. It won't keep any deficiency possible

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
