There could be multiple reasons for inability to conceive in both male and females. It's in your best interest if you consult a Gynaecologist in-person who need to assess both of you in detail and would advise few tests. This is not going to be a one time consultation rather you will need a long term follow up with her even after you conceive till you ultimately deliver a child.
