I am having placenta previa, what should be done,I am 13 weeks pregnant . kindly suggest the best option.can I go for abortion as well and what can be the consequences of that.

Placenta previa , is it complete or partial, management depends on that. Abortion is not indicated for previa per se.

There is no treatment for placenta previa except safety.Avoid heavy weight lifting,take proper rest.As foetus will grow with foetus placenta may move up.Abotion is not the option.In next pregnancy it may again occur. Abortion in these cases are risky because more bleeding is there.Do not worry.It is too early. More chances are that it will shift upward as pregnancy increase in time.

Placenta is a "shifting organ" . That means the growth of placenta is "less" than the growth of the uterus.
What looks like placenta previa today may not be placenta previa after a month.
