Why did u get ECG done? Who advised u for ECG must have told u about the findings. Or u r becoming a google.doctor. before getting ECG, consult a doctor first whether u need it or not. And if any doctor has advised u ECG, he will tell u the findings also.

Hi Akshat ! This is a normal ECG. Why was it advised ? ECG is usually normal when recorded at rest . It is diagnostic only when taken at the time of chest pain or increased heart rate. Stress test / treadmeal test and echocardiography are more helpful in diagnosing heart disease. Hope your blood parameters and BP are normal. Take care .
