Pituitary macroadenoma
I have pituitary macroadenoma for 10 years now, I am taking cabergolin .5 mg since 2016, twice a week to control it. But size of tumor is not reducing and constant for 3 years now. Suggest me what should I do now, I am taking treatment from AIIMS since 2014 but I don't want to go for a transcranial surgery as I have operated twice before and don't want to go through the process again. As a result of this medication or harmonal imbalance my libido has suddenly decreased and siemen regeneration rate is also reduced. I have been to Poona hospital and research center, sgpgi lucknow and finally AIIMS. I want an easy process now, I am tired of these medications and all. Can this tumor be removed once and for all ? The medication I am taking is; Wysolone 5 mg 2.5 mg on alternate days Thyronorm 100 mg daily Cabgolin .5 mg twice a week Thank you.
