Pitting Edina at ankles
Left leg , only at  the ankel region , I am having  more pitting Edima & also In the right leg also having less pitting edima so ma left leg paining , there is no injury on legs . Previous day entire day I walk but morning I got Edima so is this serious health issues

There can be multiple causes for swelling of ankle region. If it persists , you definitely need to get consultation with some routine blood and urine work up. Detailed history need to be taken. Rule out possibility of pregnancy.

Please check your uric acid and creatinine levels at the earliest , also keep your legs elevated when sleeping. It could be due to excessive walking, take combiflam tablet three times a day, for two days, if the swelling is still there, then go for the above mentioned tests.
