Pinched nerve in neck to right shoulder
I have a pibch d nerve in my right shoulder. Symptoms include loss of strength in my right arm with some touch and go pain. Today is the worst pain, numbness, and tingling experienced yet. I have consulted a sports doctor received exray, and was told. I needed an MRI to confirm pinched nerve. Painful today with numbness and tingling. I’m very uncomfortable. Is there anything, I can do to get through tonight?
