Yes. Ideally a visit to a Breast/general surgeon is recommended. It is probably a pustule or an underlying abscess which needs treatment.

The appearance ,a round bump with mild redness, present for weeks, not painful, and releasing a little watery or oily fluid when pressed is typical of: 1. Sebaceous cyst (oil gland blockage) 2. Epidermal inclusion cyst 3. A healed pimple with a blocked opening These are benign and very common on the breast, because the skin here has many oil glands.
Next Steps
• Apply a warm compress 10 minutes twice daily (this helps open the blocked gland) Avoid squeezing Apply Mupirocin ointment if the skin looks a little irritated,Keep the area clean and dry You can watch it for 7–10 more days.
Health Tips
Do you need to see a doctor? Yes, its always wise to visit a doctor because we have to examine the swelling throughly and look for any lump at other sites which as a patient you might not be aware of. But,You should visit a doctor immediately if: it is not reducing at all it becomes painful it becomes red/hard/warm it starts growing discharge turns thick, foul-smelling or bloody Right now, it appears mild and harmless. Good luck!

It sounds like a benign blocked pore or small cyst (like a sebaceous cyst or duct blockage). Since it's been 1 month, has watery discharge, and no pain, it's usually not urgent
