Take painkiller Ketorol-DT for pain,,then see a dentist too know what exactly is the lesion.Also..avoid sharp spicy food for some time.

Not sure about what exactly is pimple on tongue.it may be some lesion due to trauma or burn or cut,try to recall any history of trauma.if not then you have to show it to dentist to rule out other causes.till then don't eat spicy & hot food..
