Hi!!! Ideally, there is no need to use any tongue cleaning cream. You may use a metal or a plastic tongue cleaner or tooth brush bristles to clean your tongue regularly. You can place tongue cleaner on your tongue as far back as possible and scrape to remove the debris. To clean efficiently, please look into the mirror after cleaning to know if you have properly cleared off the debris from your tongue. If not, continue scraping to clear off debris from tongue.

There's no specific need to use this tongue-cleaning cream just to maintain good oral hygiene. Instead, you can follow the below-mentioned steps as they are the best ways and do not include any expensive items too: 1. Brushing: Brush your teeth at least twice a day using fluoride toothpaste. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and brush for two minutes each time, covering all surfaces of your teeth and along the gumline. 2. Flossing: Floss daily to remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth and along the gumline. 3. Mouthwash: Rinse with an antimicrobial mouthwash to help reduce plaque, gingivitis, and bad breath. Choose a mouthwash that is alcohol-free and contains fluoride for added protection against tooth decay. 4. Healthy diet: Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Limit sugary and acidic foods and drinks, as they can contribute to tooth decay and gum disease. 5. Drink water: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help rinse away food particles and bacteria and keep your mouth hydrated. 6. Limit tobacco and alcohol use if you have any. 7. Regular dental visits: Schedule regular dental check-ups and cleanings with your dentist every six months or as recommended. By following these oral hygiene practices consistently, you can help maintain a healthy smile and prevent common dental problems.
