I recently had an chalazion on my right eye which was removed, now on the left eye ,one pimple has appeared since 1 week, and it is not draining out, I am regularly applying warm compress followed by massage, what should I do next, it is not painful anymore but the pimple is big in size.

Most likely it can be a chalazion again, the treatment you are doing currently is good. But preferably it may also need surgical intervention.
