Acne is a chronic, inflammatory skin condition that causes spots and pimples, especially on the face, shoulders, back, neck, chest, and upper arms. A range of factors triggers acne, but the main cause is thought to be a rise in androgen  levels. Hormonal issues r the main culprit, so in short this is long standing and will take time for it to resolve. It can be contained with proper follow ups and regular medication. Diet plays a very imp role also. Sugars, oily food, junk food ,diary products are a few which can cause a trigger. Follow up with ur Dermatologist regularly.
Health Tips
Hydrate well, reduce stress, avoid junk and use a Medicated face wash
