I had a surgery for pilonidal sinus back in December of 2016 simple incision and drainage. The wound was left open to recover from inside out but after a couple of months there was some pain and irritation to the operated area but my physician insisted on give me antibiotics which temporarily relieved the pain but the reoccurrence happens every couple of months and bringing my life to a standstill.
