At least once you have to clean your sinus completely of the hairs and epithelial debri. Without that it is not possible to get rid of this problem. Once cleaned, proper dressings, antibiotics to treat infection is necessary. After that too your hair fall must be prevented, at least not falling in the lumbo sacral area. Keep that space filled and covered by same pad so that whatever hair fall is there it does not come in contact with your skin. You may consult me on Practo privately.
