Piles problem
I had recent c section delivery, past two days im having severe pain in my anal, i feel an extra growth there.any home remedies? Note : i had perianal abcess surgery last year

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like haemorrhoids type with some outgrowth at anal area.

After C section there is possibility of anal Inflammation like you have now due to not proper stitching of suture or not cut section well or if both have done good way then possibility of cut down of perineum muscle also cause weakness around the anal canal that can also cause of that anal problem that you have now .
You should do a test as proctoscopy to know the exact problem around the inner side of anal canal.
Take treatment as follow as
Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food.
Tab Zerodol sp 2 time per day for 3 day after food for pain .
Tab Amoxyclav 375 mg 2 time per day for 3 day after food.
Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3 day after food
Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day after food for strength and immunity.
Ointment Anometrogyl 2 time per day for 3 day at the anal area. .
