Piles problem
Hi ,
I have piles from during pregnancy and I got normal delivery with girl baby born last 20 days back.I still having external piles after delivery also .I m taking lactulose syrup which doctor suggested for me but even though still suffering too much pain and blood also coming while going motion.please advise me what treatment or medicine can take for this problem.I am feeding milk to baby if I take any tablet or treatment for this piles problem.it will affect to the baby? Please advise me.

Take stool softener like duphalac 15 ml at night Avoid fatty fried salty junk food alcohol ,, TakE fibrous diet. Like salad sprouts etc Soft and easily digestible diet... drink filter water ..or boil water .
Live healthy lifestyleHot hip bath ie sit in a tub of warm water mix 5 ml batadine solution 2 times per day ..
Smuth cream apply locally after and before each stool
