Hi ,yes u can continue triphala churn in breastfeeding. but it will not cure piles problem . you need proper Ayurvedic treatment now before it becomes worst .

Drink hot water regularly and reduce the dosage of tripahala choorna... Eat pomegranate fruit regularly it will regulates the bowel movement.
