I have diagnosed with anal fissure before 6yr and have medication for the same about 1 month then it cured but whenever i have some thing spicy or some dryfruits it occured again n now its getting worse with everytime...i have to take pain killer to releive the pain...
Usually it wont get bleed everytime but sometimes it got bleeding as well...
I dont have constipation but it is very painful at the time of passing stool.
If i take arshkalp from patanjali for few days it got releived...
Kindly suggest should i go for surgery..???
