Piles (no surgery)
Sir i have piles grade 2 and its very irritating and bit of itching too. Pain is always there cant even sit or stand properly.. very embarassing for me to tell anyone. Is it cureable in ayurveda. Please help

All suggested treatment are very good but Find out the region of piles also, if you find the reason please completely avoid that.... some diet restriction is necessory with this treatment..mentioned below 1. Completely avoid fast foods and Maida containing foods 2. Avoid highly spicy items like chilly etc 3. If taking Non-Veg please completely stop it 4. Avoid outside foods 5. use Green vegetables and plenty of fluids (Not cold drinks) 6. Sitz bath once daily you will completely cure within months with these medicine 1. Abhayarista---15ml 2. Kumaryasav---15ml 3. Triphala Guggulu--2Tab 4. Arshkuthar ras--2Tab all medicine twice daily after meal with 30ml water if any query you may consult

Grade 2 piles usually present with painless bleeding and mass protruding out per rectum during defecation. However when inflamed or infected; pain may be noticed there. yes it can be cured take Arshoghani vati 2 tabs thrice daily with water for about a month

Due to inflammation of the pile mass you feel itching..pain may be due to anal fissure..we have many medicines in ayurveda for the management of piles both symptomatically and also helping plie mass reduction..In severe cases surgical procedures like ksharasutra ,cauterization etc will be help ful..

Avoid constipation..Don't sit continuesely more than one hour in a place.Use donut pillow in the office..Avoid spicy and junk foods..Use butter milk daily..Add fruits and vegetables daily.If possible consult an ayurvedic doctor nearby.

Hello Sir, Piles can be well treated and cured with ayurvedic treatment. Plz take these medicines for good relief. 1) arsha kuthar ras 500 mg twice day 2) kankayan vati 500 mg twice day 3) abhayarishta 15ml twice day after food with water.
