Piles occur due to constipation and over sitting job.

Since u have pain the best thing is to take sitz bath at least three times a day for ten mins. (Sit in a tubb filled with a tolerable warm water add 2 tsf of betadine solution to this) apply some soothing ointment or coconut oil.
