Hello, it need to diagnose properly then we can suggest proper medication . considering piles 1)avoid oily spicy& junk food .
2) drink plenty of buttermilk .3) avoid constipation for that 25 gm of raisin at night after meal . 4) sitz bath ,5) apply coconut oil or ghee
get on intermittent fasting every day and water fating once a week,
to avoid constipation, start taking one spoon of castor oil at night.
avoid all meat and diary or any food which gives you stomach upsets.
