Swelling around anus

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My husband is having swelling around anus on one side a it's a little painful to touch, happens on and off and settles on its own please tell me any medication for it i think it's hemorrhoid, doesn't bleed but the area is swollen up

Practice SITZ bath for 20 minutes daily...apply lignocaine jelly in the swelling, drink plenty of fluids, avoid oily and spicy and fried items, include fibre rich diet..
