Piles and swelling in anus
I have suffering from piles and i need medication.
So please suggest me the medicine and a good doctor who can diganos . I also want suggestions regarding piles operation.

Hello,
Consult a general surgeon, but don't think operation is full cure ,it's yet problematic.tab sigmoflam eight houly after food as required for pain.it is mostly due to hard stool so a stool softener is needed any one 15 ml at night till stool becomes soft. Locally apply with finger shieid,or anovate oint on but hole than gentaly push the finger inside n apply all around the oint so it can heal. It should be apply two times a day for at least Three weaks.
Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.
Plenty of liquids, like butter milk, fresh curd coconut water nimbupani, light blend diet with least oil n spices before that big bowl of salad two times.
